We take great care in delivering our products to you and ensure they reach you in perfect condition. However, since dry fruits and food items are perishable, our return and refund policies are designed to balance fairness and product safety.

1. Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered, except in the following cases:

The product you received is damaged, defective, or spoiled.
You received a wrong item or an incomplete order.

If any of the above issues occur, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the package and product at info@sirotiafarms.com or +91 9782287219.
Our team will review the case and arrange for a suitable resolution.

Customer can return the product within 4 days of delivery as per the conditions

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only under valid conditions as mentioned above.
Once your claim is verified and approved, we will credit a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Refunds may take additional time to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
In some cases, we may offer a replacement or store credit instead of a refund, based on your preference and product availability.

3. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

4. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Take clear pictures or videos of the product and packaging.
Email us at info@sirotiafarms.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Once verified, we’ll process a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Approved Replacement product will be delivered in 10 days

5. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we cannot accept returns or refunds for:

Opened or partially consumed packs
Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
Items purchased during sale or promotional offers

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or damaged item).
