At Sirotia Farms, we’re committed to delivering your favourite dry fruits and healthy snacks fresh, fast, and in perfect condition — right to your doorstep.

1. Order Processing Time

All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday).
Orders placed after 3 PM or on Sundays/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During festive seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer — we appreciate your patience.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently deliver across India through trusted courier partners.
If your area is not serviceable, our support team will contact you to arrange an alternative or refund.

3. Delivery Timelines

Metro & major cities: 3–5 business days
Tier-2 & Tier-3 cities: 5–7 business days
Remote or rural areas: up to 10 business days

These are estimated timelines and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹499.
A nominal shipping fee of ₹49 may apply for orders below ₹499.
Exact shipping costs (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
You can track your order status anytime through the courier’s website.

6. Packaging and Handling

We use food-grade, tamper-proof, and eco-friendly packaging to ensure your products remain fresh and safe in transit.
Every parcel is checked thoroughly before dispatch.

7. Delays or Non-Delivery

In rare cases of delays beyond expected timelines:

Our team will coordinate with the courier to ensure swift delivery.
If your package is lost or untraceable, we will offer a replacement or refund based on the case.

Please note, Sirotia Farms is not liable for delays caused by courier issues, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, etc.).

8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
We plan to expand soon — stay tuned for updates on global delivery options.
